The Council of Europe originated after the Second World War to ensure the peaceful coexistence of Europeans, based on the European Convention on Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law. Representatives of 46 countries work together in a “Quadrilogue” at 4 different main levels: ministers, parliamentarians, regions & municipalities and civil society (INGOs). Interreligious and interconvictional dialogue is essential in our increasingly diverse world, as it helps build bridges between communities and fosters a culture of peace and understanding To make it easier to find relevant texts, recommendations, toolkits, initiatives, etc. on the topics of religion, faith, dialogue, education, equality, and much more for ‘Living together as equals in dignity’, here is a compilation, which does not claim to be exhaustive:
